What's wrong with my shower water?
Non-filtered tap water can contain a variety of harmful contaminants, including chemicals like chlorine and chloramine, heavy metals such as lead and mercury, and toxic runoff from industrial and agricultural sources. These impurities can cause skin irritation, dryness, and long-term health risks, making it essential to use filtered water for a safer, more nourishing shower experience.
Will the Flo Filter fit on my shower?
Yes! The standard thread size for shower heads in Australia is 1/2-inch. As long as you have shower arm plumbing coming from your ceiling or your wall, you’ll be able to install your Flo Filter.
Is the Flo Filter easy to install?
Yes, it is a simple, 5 minute process that anyone can manage - no matter how handy you are.
How often do I need to change the filter?
We recommend changing the filter cartridge every 3 months
How does the filter work?
The Flo filter uses advanced filtration materials, such as activated alumina and KDF 55, to remove contaminants like heavy metals, chlorine, and fluoride. Specialized stages, including Vitamin C and Calcium Sulfite, neutralize chlorine and chloramine, preventing their drying effects on the skin and hair. Additional elements, like Silver Ion Balls and Ultra-fine Stainless Steel Mesh, provide antimicrobial protection and a final barrier against particulate matter, ensuring purified, refreshing water for a healthier and safer shower.
Will the Flo filter impact my shower pressure?
Short answer - No. We have designed the filter to maintain shower pressure
How long will my delivery take?

Do you offer returns?
Yes we offer returns up to 60 days after receiving your product (as long as the product has not been used or damaged and is in its original packaging).
For hygienic and safety reasons, we will not accept returns if the product has been used
If returns are due to faults, sufficient documentation should be sent.
What is the returns process?
We offer returns up to 90 days after receiving your Flo product (as long as the product has not been used or damaged and is in its original packaging)
You’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase to make any returns.

If your return is accepted, you will need to send the product back to us, at your own expense in its original packaging (undamaged, original condition ready for resale).
